I’m assuming male? I have two females at home and just bought this scorpion today (which is huge compared to my largest girl). Not the best pic but hopefully good enough to accurately sex it. I’m also assuming male because it has the notches on its pinchers :) Thanks for any insight!

That’s what it seems like to me even though I’m new to the scorpion world! Mine had 0 Latin name with it whatsoever it just had the price tag and said “Asian forest scorpion”. I also wanted to ask if anyone knows the exact common name for mine’s species? I’ve seen Malaysian forest scorpion...

It seems to have one there but it’s barely noticeable and doesn’t stick out nearly as much as that one, that’s another reason I was thinking female. Also got this shot where you can kind of see it
