Really stinks! When I got in the hobby 4.5 years ago they were stocked by all dealers. Now nothing but a few seen time to time. I wish we would have bred more to keep them around. I would be interested to hear from a dealer as to why they are not around anymore??

Great idea! I have just started with scorpions but I have been in the hobby for 4 years. I am in it for the hobby and like the idea of making sure certain scorpions are around, bred, and taken care of reponsibly. Im in for sure.......
Well, I was told by a breeder I trust that they were going to be reclassified. Then I replied to an old thread(Iridopelma Q....see it in Tarantula discussion) and got some pretty good info.
My M. bafouri molted today! Its now 3 inches and I saved the molt to try and sex it. Funny thing was seeing how it molted on top of its water cap that it webbed up a bit.
