My poor P. cancerides got stuck in her molt.

Man that’s a beautiful T you got there, all you can do is just wait it out at this point but hopefully all goes well.

    Calcium Gel for feeders

Hey so I bought this water gel for my feeders, and I didn’t really pay any attention to the calcium in it. Just curious if I should give them it or if there is any reason why I shouldn’t. Advice is what I need thanks :)

    Roach in a hole

Haha thanks for all the answers! I got the Maculata around 2 months ago and she hasn’t molted in my care. I bought it off a pet shop because they had the T inside a container that wasn’t anywhere near the vertical height for these arboreal T’s and it was very skinny. Every time I have fed her...

    Roach in a hole

Hia! Just recently switched over to Red Runners from crickets and have been loving it as they are horrible climbers and always give the T’s a wild performance. Just had a quick question about my H. Maculata as it made its home in a sort of burrow like spot by a plant and webbed all around. I...

    Quick question!

GBB sling molted on Friday morning, it’s maybe around an inch from tip of back leg to front leg. Would it be okay to feed it tonight? That would be around 4 ish days and I heard the smaller the T the faster it can eat after molt.

    Greenish little specs on web?

Yeah when I bought the substrate it came a bit moist and since I already had the sling I added it in anyways I added more ventilation holes since the picture so hopefully it will dry faster :)

    Greenish little specs on web?

Yeah it’s attached to most of its web but if I remove it I mostly will have to destroy the web. I’m just concerned if the mold will have any effect on the T.

    Greenish little specs on web?

Hi! I’ve recently been noticing these little green specs grouped together around the web of my GBB. I just noticed them as they are grouped up together in little areas in it’s web. They look kind of like flower pollen but I don’t think that can be since there are no flowers near in the...

Tarantula keeps filling water bowl with substrate...

Hia! man i love this site full of helpful people :), but anyways I have an A. Seemanni who keeps filling up her water bowl with substrate. She used to just flip it over all the time, then I put a pebble in it so she couldn't, but now she just throws substrate in it :hilarious: man i find it so...

Suitable enclosure for Togo Starburst T?

It kind of burrowed a bit below the plant and webbed up around. I couldn’t even see him/her from any angle I looked so I think for now I might let it be in there. Plus I gave it a cricket right now and dropped it by the little webbed up entrance and he/she gladly took it and went back in. Thanks...

Suitable enclosure for Togo Starburst T?

Hello, got my H. Maculata recently and put together the enclosure you see in the image. I keep half of it moist with a water dish and have set up a fake plant with a little thick branch to run diagonally. What do you guys think? It likes to climb on the plant a lot and I’m just a bit worried of...

    Can bad/ill crickets kill T’s?

Hi all! Today I bought a A. seemani from a pet shop. It’s so beautiful and it looks amazingly bluish. I think for now it’s definitely my favorite T i’ve owned so far. My concern is that I had no more feeders so I bought around 20 crickets but of these 20, I noticed that around 2-3 wouldn’t jump...
