    Hoping I can get some answers here. Since it's hard for me to get access to good oak leaves what is everyone's opinion on liquidambar and Fruitless Mulberry. I have tons of them around me so easy to get. Sry this is for Isopods and Millipedes. Mainly Isopods.

    What is a good way to start breaking down hard wood?

    I'm working on uping my substrate mix for my Isopods and Millipedes and want to add hard wood chips. is there something i can do to help them to start braking down or just add them to my mix?

    Orchid mix. Didn't think of that. Whats your opinion on wood chunks that you can get for say smokers. I smoke meat so hard wood chips and chunks I usually have on hand.

    This sounds like a good mix for Isopods also. Question. On the pellets is it just oak or can you use others. (Apple, Mesquite, maple, cherry, or Hickory) Thx.
