It's not the best photo. I did feel the spermathecae with the needles I used to open the abdomen.

    C. Versicolor Molt Sexing #2

This is a lighter photo of her molt compared to my first picture a few days ago. I apologize, I know it's a bit blurry. However, I am confident that is a clear spermathecae. She is currently a 3.5" juvenile.

I do have a much lighter photo I took after you mentioned that this one is dark, and you're right; the spermathecae was much more visible. I already suspected female based off abdominal images, but this molt confirmed it. While the molt is super small, I could feel the spermathecae with the...

@viper69 it's an unfiltered picture only using a flash on my cell. I am positive "she" is a Versicolor.

    Molting today?

My C. Versicolor has been in premolt for almost 4 weeks now and "she" is a juvenile at 2.5". Since they are similar species, I have noticed that there really isn't a typical position that they use each molt. Her last molt nearly 4 months ago was done completely upright so don't be surprised to...

@spodermin Thank you! We have many rescue animals but he by far was the hardest to rehabilitate. We are proud of him and grateful to care for him ♡

    Viserion Before & After

Viserion when we first got him sick to Viserion now. As a result of his prior Gout, he requires a special feeder gut load for the rest of his life. He is a Nosey Be Panther (Furcifer Pardalis).

    Viserion The Chameleon

Viserion is a rescue that was sick and had Gout which is often fatal. That was almost 3 years ago. Today he is a healthy, cranky middle-aged Nosey Be (Furcifer Pardalis) chameleon that we just adore.

Is this safe to feed this to my crickets?

I keep crickets, dubias, and hornworms for my chameleon as well as my T. I have found that when you have pinheads or tiny insects of any sort, a wet cotton ball works great to avoid drowning. I change them out once a day. I have to keep my feeders on a special diet of medium protein and...

Once she molts (we are in our 3rd week of premolt) I will definitely get a better picture, especially if she tears apart her molt again as usual lol. I know this isn't the best photo, but this picture has a clearer image of what I am thinking could be a spermatheca.
