Howdy folks. I just placed a live b. lat roach nymph in my 1/2 inch LP sling's enclosure to munch, though it is clearly not interested. It is obviously stressed out by the roach's presence. Every time the nymph comes into contact with my spider, the sling flees. The issue is that now this roach...

It's a wolf spider, it molted recently and I got a good look at its eyes. Also I don't see grass spiders in the valley much.

I live in Montana, and my camera is absolute garbage and it's so tiny, this was the best I could do. I know that with wolfies it's the big eyes on top, right?

I'm not sure what it is or its gender, and I'm unfamiliar with scientific names of true spiders so common would be preferred. My thought is either a wolf spider or brown recluse.
