  1. Chilobrachys sp. "Kaeng Krachan"

Review by 'Eighth Element' on item 'Chilobrachys sp. "Kaeng Krachan"'

I am giving it this rating because it was a rather easy breeding project. Other then the ups and downs. I lost one of my favorite T’s but in the end I was able to carry on her blood line.

Michael is super responsive to our emails. They get our shipment out the very next day in most instances. Every time we’ve ordered they have had what we ordered in the amount we ordered them in. Packaging has been excellent everything has arrived alive and well. The health and quality of the...

    P. Metallica Stuck in molt? And weird spots on abdomen

If it’s book lungs legs and mouth parts are free it’s probably going to be fine. I wouldn’t mess with the stuck molt on its abdomen but it’s really your call. It could possibly finish coming off on its own. Tbh I think this species has trouble molting quite often. We had one had a similar issue...

  6. Nhandu chromatus

Review by 'Rusty Van79' on item 'Nhandu chromatus'

This is a very easily bred tarantula. That being said they can produce over 2000 eggs. So if you choose to breed them make sure to do a lot of networking and planning on where they all will go.

C.Darlingi not burrowing is it normal?

There’s probably not anything to worry about. Mine hasn’t burrowed since it’s substate change. I’m sure there’s plenty of substrate in its enclosure. Slings generally do whatever feels best to them. Mine had burrowed past. Like I said since we changed his substrate he doesn’t burrow he just made...

    Substrate preference poll

I use 2 to 2 to 1. So that’s two parts coconut fiber two part jungle mix and one part vermiculite. I’m still learning so I can’t say for sure if that’s best or maybe something is better.

    P. Metallica sling feeding

This P. metallica just molted 11 days ago I’m not to concerned with it being premolt being it hasn’t eaten since molting. As a rule we don’t make it a habit of leaving any live pray in T’s enclosures.

    P. Metallica sling feeding

We’ll put some bark and some more substrate in tomorrow see how she reacts. I’ll also prestart a burrow for her.

    P. Metallica sling feeding

I am the co owner with my wife of this sling we have several other skittish species that correct, will not approach their food until I kill the lights and leave the room. We have watched feeding videos they’re not our favorites we understand the false impression they might impose. I will post a...
