the mold is from the dead roach and T the T was about 3" DLS and ive had it for around 2 years, I got it as a 3/4" sling. Behavior proceeding the rehouse was normal. It molted a while ago and had only eaten once so it was very skinny. I didnt use any new materials. There where no pesticides...

I've heard Phormictopus spp are hard to identify by colors alone, dont breed it if you dont know what it is

    Excavator clay as a background?

Ive heard some Ts are more tolerable of each other as slings but when they grow up they start eating eachother

    Laying on legs?

Are the legs curled under its body? That sounds like a death curl, how much ventilation does it have? All Avicularias and ex Avicularias need a lot of ventilation but there still old care sheets out there that say they need a lot of humidity, which actually ends up killing them.

    Excavator clay as a background?

it has to be dry to be cured, if it gets wet after its dried it will return to its moldable state

    C. Versicolor dying?

Just make sure to get the plastic ones instead of the metal wire/mesh ones cause Ts can get their feet stuck in them and also bend them apart.

    Spotted and very strange exoskeleton/molt

Was it in a waterdish? Maybe thats why the opisthosoma is wet. Sometimes the T will chew the molt up so maybe it was about to do that but decided not to and thats how the holes got there. Not really sure what the black spots could be.
