When adding springtails to an enclosure do you have to add anything else? Or are they pretty self sufficient? By anything else i mean do they need any specific things in the substrate to eat?? My sub is peat moss, top soil, and a little bit of vermiculite.
Alright thanks I was just wondering because the guy at the pet store said they are bad feeders for T's because they have no calcium or something like that.
So I believe they are called hornworms, I am not totally sure. They are bright blue. My question is does anyone have any experience feeding them to T’s and keeping them in general. Are they easy to breed/keep? Do they smell? Do T’s enjoy gummy worms? Thanks!
