    yes,it is trying to eat the skin it just molted ,i kept tarantulas Scorpions and mantis before and one of my leaf mantis got eaten by cricket after molted as the cricket was hidden in the leaf,i will be careful to make sure they are harden before i feed them.

    thankyou for that ,i am beganing to think that mine might just be the banded version of Scolopendra morsitans which looks quite similar to a new guy like me?and i will try to feed it (or a her if it really is a Scolopendra morsitans for it‘s thin last pair?)next week.

    talking about hibernation ,it seems very risky for centipedes as a lot of Chinese keepers who tried this lost a lot of their centipedes,but i heard that mint legs sometimes hibernate in their native habitat ,but the temperature there rarely goes lower than 7or8 celsius.
