Aesthetics are important to me. These enclosures are usually illuminated in red during the day. The decorative plants are native to the regions of the inhabitants.

I accidentally flipped a box of red runners in my house on Xmas Eve. My biggest blunder yet.

All of my enclosures are illuminated by interconnected led strips. Any colour is selectable at the click of a button. Red is the default during the day with all lighting off at night. Dark orange shows off most T's really nicely when visitors drop round.

The strangest thing about this hobby, in my opinion, is that people keep their Ts in opaque containers, and then can't see them properly.

I've found that excessive feeding seems to encourage long periods of hiding, at least in some species.
