about two months ago I rescued a small mole cricket who had been dragged around my kitchen for about two hours by a blue ant (blue wasp). The cricket was paralysed and I took pity on it, so I decided to make a small, damp container with soil and feed it worm juice. The cricket recovered so I...
Really? They're always on my fruit trees in summer waiting for flying insects to go past and they've never attacked me, they always fly away. Maybe they're more skittish due to the amount of predators in the area
I went to a new pet store that's just down the road, just to see if they're any good (this is the kind of pet store that sells only supplies for pets and fish). Picked up a box of crickets and half of them are dead, they really aren't good feeders

I used mealworm soup for baby katydids a while back. Crush the feeder as much as possible and add a few drops of pineapple juice to help liquefy the feeder. Don't know if pineapple juice would be safe for a T though
Keeping insects is fine. They're happy, and mature males can find mates without risking their lives wandering in the open if you bring a mate to them. I got into an argument with somebody who told me to release my snake because I'm denying it freedom despite having an enclosure larger than the...
