Beautiful new suit!

I use an old 8x8x8 exo-terra vivarium I had laying around. He (or she..not sure) seems to love it. Put an old fake plant from my beardie's aquarium that he wound up breaking and fit perfectly in the exo-terra. Also added some aquarium rocks I had left over from fish. So far so good. He/she...

Naaa...I don't take anything "wrong"...I mean seriously, she keeps getting fluffier and fluffier with each molt...she's a super sweet girl too...so she deserves a cute childish name :shame::shame:

Also...I feel much better knowing that maybe it could be the size of their prey that's causing this temporary pause in consumptjon. I was thinking that, but wasn't quite sure. Thought I'd ask to be safe. I used to have a go to guy (a scorp breeder here on AB) that I could rely on to help...

Always. Every little creature I have has always had a full bowl of fresh water...be it my tarantula or lizards of scorps...even my hamsters...everybody gets regular food and water ☺

Will do...am out n about atm...but will as soon as I'm home...they have eaten crickets and Dubias twice their size...finished them all. Idk if this would have anything to do with it...

Thanx...I hear a lot about this species being pet holes, but then I also here they're out a lot too...my FluffyButt has always been visible...but she moors in private. This newer behavior is different for me. But then again, as we age, we all develop a certain quirkiness about us...lol :joyful:

Ok scorp lovers...help me with this one. I received 2 H. Paucidens slings on October 19th...within the first 3 weeks, they both are 2x. I only recently got 1 to eat again about 3 days ago. They have heat on in the daytime hours and none in the evening. Right now I'm using small plastic tubs...

My B.albo girl is about 10 mos now. She's always been one to go under for up to a 4 week stretch. This last time, she was under for about the same time, and if she comes up, quickly bolts back down under when she sees me. Is she turning into a pet hole now? And how should I feed such a pet...

Every time I see this species and P. imperator, their pedipalps remind me of HUGE, juicy crab claws!!!
