Usually I let it be a little bulldozer and it's quite entertaining to watch but I was planning to change it's hide soon anyways. I figured then was a better time than ever:DThe filling of the water dish stopped being funny after like the 5th time though:cool:
I'd be worried that it would take it and put some of it in it's water dish (as Ts often do with substrate) and then have coffee in it's dish instead of water:rolleyes: I doubt that would be healthy for a T to drink.
While doing my morning check of my animals before work, I noticed my genic sling had once again pushed it's hide against the wall so that it couldn't get inside. I, being the loving arachnid mom I am, moved it back so it had a place to hide. I also filled it's water dish.

Saw this on Craigslist today and I felt bad for the girl. I know how the initial process of taming your tarantulas can be rough:banghead:Just curious, how do you guys get your Ts to like you? My favorite method is to pet them and hand feed them. It builds trust:angelic::p
While I agree, they are also, from what I've heard, 'of feisty and hair flicky'. And considering I have a small rash from my A geni sling flicking it's little hairs, I'll stray for now:hilarious:o_O
