Honestly, now that I'm looking at it, I think I messed up the picture. The T hasn't hooked out yet, but I'll have to wait for the next molt to get a better look at what's going on. Thanks for the help though everyone! :shame:

I have been thinking Male due to how fast he has been growing. Anyone care to weigh in?

Hmm.. Duly noted for next time! The white circle to the very left is nothing, the top left white circle is one of the top book lungs, and the white triangle shape down at the bottom is the other top book lung. I doubt that helps clear things up, but I'll see what I can do!

I had taken a picture before, but I have been both trying to practice taking better pictures and confirm sex. Now that I have a bigger molt (and hopefully a better shot), I thought I'd be able to confirm susp. male or not. Thanks for the help!

Yes, the picture is in between the first set of book lungs. I wasn't sure if it'd be enough to tell for sure, but thank you for the feedback! :)

I don't know if this is a good enough picture to even use, but it's the first time I could even get my hands on a molt from this one, so I thought I'd give it a shot.

This may be a pretty light picture... I actually had a better shot but messed it up (Doh!). May be too soon to tell as well, but I was just excited it finally molt :D

I tried grabbing a better picture for reference. Hopefully this will provide a more clear idea of the sex.

Also, would you mind if I snagged your photo for reference's sake for a video I'm doing? I would of course provide the original link as well, but it could provide a great comparison since our tarantulas are so close in size as well! :)

Our B. albopilosum molted a week ago today, grew from ~.5" to .75" and our C. versicolor molted today (or maybe yesterday), going from ~.75" to ~1" Our B albo couldn't get its spinnerets out of the molt, so a minor complication, but I'm hoping it won't be anything major as the rest of its body...
