On the left side in one spot the same size as ants

The mold is at the bottom of the cage if i were to pluck it out i would have to get around 4 inches of substrate , is this really a big deal ?it is not big patches of it just very small spots a few the size of ants

The eco earth wasnt fully dry the Obt has been in there for a week now and the substrate is drying out to be bone dry the wood and substrate said it will not get mold on the packets eco earth/zoo med cork rounds , should i worry about this or let it air dry and hope it dry the mold out ?

Water bowls aren't really needed if you gut load the crickets with fruits and vegetables
