All of my critters arrived in excellent condition. The packing was a bit different than expected I can't argue against it's effectiveness.
Communication was above par. During periods of spotty Communication he made sure to keep me in the loop.
Pesticides may have been sprayed but they typically warn the neighborhood as many of us have a negative reaction to pesticides. Also I only lost the nymphs

For me it was after a surgery that reduced my balance, eyesight, and fine motor skills to a shadow of what they were. It led me to sell off all but three of my inverts. After about a year my eyesight had mostly returned to normal, and confidence in my ability to care for the animals I love grew.
I'd go with archimandrita tesselata. they may be a little pricey for a first insect as you'd want a small colony, but they're easy to care for and specimens tend to be easy to handle.
