My T has been in its hide since i posted this yesterday. when i see her out and about i will take pictures. I did notice also her abdomen has a shiny purple colour to it
Hey guys just looking for some advice. My G.Porteri recently webbed up the entrance to her hide which i thought was a sign of pre moult. But this morning she came through the webbing.
Could this mean pre moult or is there any other reason she would have webbed up the entrance?

I just removed the cricket , had a look i think the T is in premolt the abdomen is looking abit bald also dark.. Exciting times i have 2 tarantulas this will be the first to moult in my care! :D

I live in south london , definitely not a humid climate lol. So would you recommend dry substrate with a damp corner? My G.Porteri hates water with a passion lol

My porteri done the same thing 2 days ago. Woke up to find a huge mound of substrate in the corner and my T looking a little gassed next to her water dish lol. This was after eating her first dubia roach so im guessing she was full of energy haha
