Depending on the treatment you might be safe. Not worth the risk though! I have 35 plus T's and they are all kept at my office. By the way I own a pest control business!!
FYI any rodent that is lethargic has likely been into a rodent bait or "poison" lethargy is a common sign of popular anticoagulants.

Absolutely no threat to T's, very unlikely to infest your enclosures as there is no food present(you). I own a company that performs about 900 thermal bedbug treatments per year.

just take it outside to empty. You can always clean out the container with alcohol to eliminate any leftover eggs. Make sure you dump canister into a bag you can tie up so the fleas won't escape.
