I'm too afraid of spiders to ever keep one. Just looking at pics gives me the shivers.
Scorps are awsome. I love watching the way they burrow or sting their prey.
If in some parts of the world it's considered food, I don't see a problem with it.
We in the Western world eat cows, whereas in other parts they see cows as sacred.

Lovely scorps, but awsome photography. I only wish my camera could do that. Evidently, I'm thinking of buying a new one soon (my one is quite old now). I'm looking for a camera that can do amazing macro shots like that, so, mind sharing what type of camera you have :)

The first thought that comes to my mind - and forgive me for sounding so noob - would be that a free running circadian clock may perhaps shorten a scorpions life...

And I know some of you have lighting set-ups to give your scorpions day/night cycles.
