Just more substrate. You're buying a New World terrestrial species of some description, so they genuinely don't need the height. They are fragile, and even a small fall can rupture their abdomen. No sticks. I would not suggest that particular tank for this species, as it is for arboreals. Your...
Congrats on the new T! That's a good size one too. Nhandu hairs always make me super itchy, even at the mention  I think they're one of the few I'd risk it all for though.
Really can't recommend Lasiodora parahybana enough! They're dirt cheap, incredibly hardy, great eaters and get big fairly quickly. Never had very compliant individuals, but they've certainly got their own little 'personalities'. Great choice if you don't mind urticating hairs.
This is my big...
Agreed with @Myrmeleon.. What to do with the extra hatchlings is perhaps the biggest question a future breeder needs to address. If you're going to breed a species as common as leopard geckos, one thing I would really suggest is looking into what morphs are currently available, and studying coat...
Something, something, potato chips... I find that you look hard enough for excuses, you can justify just about anything. One passed away unexpectedly? Well, another T would help heal that wound. Friend wants to split the cost of shipping? Better order a few more T's to make it worth it! Passing...
Agree with the 'add more substrate' direction of the thread.. One thing that you could do though, OP, is cut that cup in half and settle it down into the soil as a burrow starter. It's lightweight, so if the T does manage to dig under it and it caves, it won't crush anything. That's what I tend...
@Immortal_sin got our first T when I was about 5 or 6, I think? It was an A. seemani (blue) from Petco. He's got a picture floating around this forum somewhere from when he molted out into a MM. She got him initially to help her get over her fear of spiders, as she was starting to see her phobia...
Ouch, OP... I feel ya. I have to make my guy do maintenance on Nhandu/Lasiodora sp. and even some of our Avicularia/Ybywhatever as well, because I'll break out in hives even if I've got gloves and a mask on. Urticating hairs always seem to find a way onto my skin, and it's sure not a little bit...
