Well. she did strike it and ran away, then started throwing hairs towards it and wouldnt strike again. The reason I thought she was ready and needed to eat is because, fangs black, its been 8 days(premolt lasted almost 2 months with no food) , and also she has been staying close to the water...
I took a look at the video, and she did strike. im guessing she didnt penetrate because she ran away after. I hope she didnt break a fang..

Thanks for the replys. She has come out twice within the last few days, hanging out by the water dish both times for quite a while then hanging out for a few more hours around the tank before going back into the hide. Its nice getting to see her. Im guessing im pretty good to not feed her again...
She is around 6-7 inches I believe. Also how long can I comfortable go without feeding her? I feel bad not feeding her but I don't want her to have molting problems

I realize this is not the species I should have gotten as my first T. With that being said I can say this. I have followed instructions down to the T about caring for her. Cage is always at 78 degrees and humidity above 70%
