temperature is not as important as humidity and ventilation.
The best way to set them up is to make sure the substrate at the bottom of the enclosure is moist . So they can dig down to it. Good ventilation so you don't get mold growing.

That Is normal for this stage. The older they get, the blacker they get. It won't be Black until it is close to an adult..
It will be grey to brown for its juvenile stage
Please loose the heat pad. You don't need a heat pad for any spider you keep indoors. I am in Michigan I don't use them even in the winter. Everything else looks fine in my opinion.
I disagree with cold blood. They are easy to keep, hardy, and fun. They are a baboons,but they are not as aggressive as many of the baboons.
They make massive webs.... rehousing is easy.....
Definitely not a good ste up for an Avicularia or any arboreal spider. She may have gone in the sklull to molt. you will see a big change in her behaviori f you change her cage.
That depends on what season they like to breed in. Some like to breed in the fall and some in the spring. I usually just keep trying and and trying. Some times it takes a couple months.
Also I have noticed that females will lay more web around then usual, when they are ready to breed.
