Mountain City, Tennessee!
"East Tennessee", lol, I get to win, is the very upper east tip of the state.
(I.e., "nowhere"...)
Kinda moved to parrots a bit now-my baby spiders all grew up, lol, and I hate to say, are kinda "boring" to me.
Hung on to some crown jewels tho, haven't found the right...
The hat was a 2 week phase, and unfortunately I made my"best(lol) videos during that 2 weeks.
Is just stuff I send to my High School Mate,we live far apart, send private vids back and forth.
I've never been"good",just competent, can keep time. Just fun.
Already put my opinion, but to add to fastest,I forgot.
Sooretama slings scooted like I'd never seen. I've said,avics my guys,but I dunno,doesn't seem avicish,more iridopelma mebbe,which I've never had.
So I'm thinking Iridopelma may be an underrated fast N/W A/B.
Again,My mistake(I mean,OBT)has never shown aggression,I've mentioned that.
But to be fair-I've never, ever mucked about with it in a way(...pencil...Man...)that would piss it off,so my(relatively low)opinion of their aggresion may be uneducated.
Fastest is T. gigas. I think that one is accepted, not arbitrary?
Meanest? My OBT Ginger is a pet rock(But still HIGHLY unrecommended. Hurts too much if you make a mistake...). I dunno. But my E. cyanognathus ,Gnat, would get pissed and in threat posture at any opportunity. I have pokies,P...
Ah,gotcha!
To me,they were extremely similar ex. the band for a long time, then the striata developed extreme yellow colors.
My nickname, whole life,is Poco. Dunno why. I'm a"The Third",so they ran out of names,I guess.
My regalis is named "Poco Too".
Something I am seeing with my purpurea slings-it really takes them a while to get up to speed.
I was truly afraid of having them dart everywhere, but it has been much less stress than I expected.
Tip:Until you do feel ready, don't even go to someones house and help them open an eggsac.
Once you...
If you can find them somewhere, get them, for sure! Not"trying to make a sale",and I don't/didn't think you thought that.
Plus,if you already have a couple, and I managed to produce some for ya...
I smell breeding in your future, lol!
Those are nice,I got a few from a guy in Florida a couple years ago. Biggest jumper,I think?
I live in the mountains of east Tennessee-the color variations on jumpers here is absolutely crazy,T-like,almost.
Among others,we have what I call"OBT jumpers"and"GBB jumpers". You'd swear the colors are...
Something you'll notice-sp. sometimes come and go,and then come back again. Gigas everywhere a couple years ago,now not so much. A. ulrichea seems to have all but disappeared for now,and a few others.
I didn't notice until someone pointed it out to me,and I'm not sure why that happens exactly.
I...
The second pic is almost clear enough to see/not see the cream band(not Clapton...),I can't quite tell.
Looks like mebbe a striata-lemme find side-by-side pic,see what you think with eyes-on your specimen.
Striata on left,regalis on right.
Outside of the band at the bottom of the...
They can go from slings to breeders in a year, seriously, slow starters, then boom!
I've had 4,3 now,2 unrelated pairs,so I've seen several in action(I'm speaking of T. gigas,in particular).
They barely web,and tho they seem to usually stay behind their hide(this is the good part)really all you...
Oh,it surely doesn't make one a "better" person,by any means-the ability to use some of those words is certainly negative.
But I can see where not having the"Stop, don't say that"part of your brain actively working could lead to general honesty,in theory.
If you aren't able to censor your own...
I heard recently that people that use cursewords more often tend to be honest people(unfortunately,I do).
I sorta understand,no brain-block to censor oneself.
Was mowing,mebbe 12 years ago-looked down,saw a tiny turtle,eggtooth still attached.
Decided it would be interesting, was unusual, all spikey and stuff, haha.
Turned out to be a snapper. Common, not 'gator, but still amazing(looked for pics, can't find).
Never ate live food-I didn't know any better...
Already said this,but...
This IS the app,folks.
I'm a book guy,reader,pen-and-paper. I understand why some would hold out.
This has essentially everything! And it's free!!!(We all should donate-I'm not associated in any way,btw.).
I actually paid for an app recently,to check it out. Big company...
Seriously? That is amazing! It is nearly impossible to get through to large chains about their policies.
Was fine before, but that makes me very proud to be a member of this forum.
Good Job!
