I’m back! The 100 miles away customer who bought T. stirmi and N. incei from Joe. This time I bought 2 Pokies! Poecilotheria metallica and rufilata. They’re both great sizes, specially the rufilata. This time I didn’t get any freebie but he was able to get me a really good deal on both T’s, not to mention, he gave me the T’s on a temporary plastic container that I can store both T’s temporarily til they add up some size. After my first transaction went so smoothly with Joe, I decided to reach out to him, looking for something interesting and larger. He ended up giving me two awesome Xenesthis options, and went with the X.immanis. Once again, he had my order in the mail as soon as humanly possible, communicating every step along the way. The specimen I received arrived in perfect condition, well packed and hungry. I really can't say enough good things about doing business with Joe. He's awesome.

Joe sent me a 7.5" P. Regalis and a 6" P. Metallica. There was some concern due to the cold both where he is (California) and where I am (Florida) but he timed everything right so the T's arrived perfectly fine. And both are GORGEOUS. I would definitely buy from them again.

My first order with Joe wasn't without it's share of problems but ultimately I walked away from the transaction a satisfied customer. I ordered an H. schmidti and upon shipping FedEx was unable/unwilling to honor their overnight shipping policy and the package arrived a day later than it was supposed to. Even though it was a "hold for pick-up" this extra day delay coupled with the very cold temperatures resulted in me getting a sling that died in transit to me. Since it wasn't delivered the next day, the LAG was void and I was out a good chunk of change. Joe and I communicated through the whole process and he suggested a compromise. If I ordered another species again, he would send me another H. schmidti sling as a "freebie" so ultimately I would only be out the initial shipping charges. So I took him up on his offer and ordered an H. albostriatum. This time both slings arrived on time as well as alive and well. In the end I spent a little more than I had intended but I ended up with two very cool slings. In light of this, I would definitely recommend Joe to other potential buyers. Great communication and packaging.

I told myself that I would not buy any more spiders for a while, but I saw my friend Laila review Joe and I got an itch.

Anyway, I saw that he had a species that I've had my eye on for a while and another species that I adore but I haven't seen available often, so I reached out to Joe to ask about them. Joe was nice as usual and happy to show the specimens to me and check on them to make sure they were all in good shape. I sent him money and arranged to meet up with him this past weekend.

We exchanged goods and services in a parking lot like usual, which feels hilariously like a drug handoff. It was nice to see him and chat for a while before I headed back home, though.

My babies are healthy and adorable! Joe always shows you the specimens before you take them and makes sure that you see they are healthy, which I appreciate. I can't wait to watch these little guys grow!

I'm always nervous buying from a seller for the first time, but Joe made it a very simple process with great communication and fast turnaround. His available list is incredible and I was able to find a species I've been looking for over a year! Colorado can have some gnarly weather this time of year, but the box arrived in great condition and the heat pack was still warm. He'll get my business again for sure. Thanks!

His communication through the entire transaction was excellent; he even took the time to reach out when FedEx delayed the delivery of my package (I've NEVER had a dealer do that before!). My new acquisitions arrived safe and sound, looking active, plump and healthy. The packing was perfect, as evidenced by the fact that my packaged was stuck overnight in the snowy midwest, and they STILL arrived perfectly fine. I'd do business with Joe again in a heartbeat!
