Great communication all the way around. I ordered a pair of 3” Dominican Purple and 4 Orphnaecus Philippinus from Joe. Packaged very well.
Just so happened that 2 of the 4 Tangerines ended up being DOA. I reported it to Joe right away, and he offered me a credit on my next purchase.
Well we had agreed that LAG was voided prior to me getting my package due to my shipping needs. I reminded him of the agreement and he went above and beyond that and offered a freebie on my next purchase. Pretty Darn nice fella if you ask me.

This was my first time ordering a spider, as I do all of my shopping in person for my collection. I have been looking for months to find a Velvet Spider (Eresus walckenaeri) and never had any luck. They were either overally priced or sold out. Joe has been an amazing seller! Communication is great and the sale was fast and simple. He has different varieties of them which I will more than likely purchase later on (while supplies last, haha). He has been fantastic to work with and I highly recommend. My new baby arrived safe and healthy and eager to explore the new enclosure. Very well priced and bigger than expected (a plus!). Joe Rossi was a pleasure to purchase from. I reached out to him here on AB on his classified ad for Local Pickup tarantulas, and he responded quickly with all of the information I needed. He was very kind to wait to meet to sell me the tarantula until after a dance showcase I had (which had kept me too busy to meet until it was done). We were able to determine a time to meet up fairly easily, and when I met him he was very friendly. The sling was packaged wonderfully (with substrate), and he even gave me a freebie (P formosa)! He showed me both tarantulas in their packaging, so I knew they were in there and healthy. They were both beautiful specimens. I had brought along the enclosure for the subfusa to ensure it wasn't too large for the sling, so he offered to transfer the tarantula into the enclosure for me, which I appreciated.

All in all, I would absolutely purchase from this seller in the future; the values are reasonable, the seller is responsive and thoughtful, and the tarantulas look to be in great shape.

Ordered 4 slings from him and the entire process was incredibly easy. He is definitely a top notch dealer. If you're hesitant to buy from someone in a forum online, don't be. His track record speaks for itself, and I will certainly be ordering from him in the future!

I was hesitant to inquire, as prices seemed slightly higher than some options. Upon inquiry, I discovered the slings were much larger than I'd generally expect, and it was a great deal.

This is my first time purchasing from Joe and I am very happy with this purchase. The curly hair adult female arrived in superb condition. The shipping was fast and as scheduled, and the packaging was great. Joe has been thorough in communication and replies to my questions timely. He is awesome! Highly recommend!

I will keep this short and to the point. Bought a 4" female Aphonopelma steindachneri (formerly A reversum) from Joe, and like the previous two purchases from him, I am pleased with this transaction. Originally was only going to order a few spiders as I had located 4 others I needed before finding Joe. Payday came and he was sold out of 3 and only had one of the 4 I originally wanted. Luckily he was putting in an import order that day and was not only able to fill the 4 I wanted but matched the prices for the other 4 I wanted. When his import order came in it was short 1 spider and he let me pick 2 slings to replace it. One spiderling was DOA and he promptly refunded it. One sling was iffy and died 3 days later and once again he immediately refunded the money for that sling as well which I have to say is rare. Very fair and generous guy and will definitely order again.

Joe always has an awesome selection and is always a pleasure to work with. I am super happy that my G. porteri went to him and she will live out her days in luxury and help educate the next generation of hobbyists. I am also freaking stoked for the Euathlus parvulus I picked up out of the trade! I look forward to working with Joe again.

We're both in southern CA and were about to work out a time to meet. I bought a couple non tarantulas that are not particularly common. He was certainly generous. I look forward to getting more spiders from him in the future.

Joe was very accommodating with me as i tried to put in a group order over the course of a week with some local hobbyists. All were packaged very well and arrived on time. Communication is on point too. if i asked a questionit was usually only a few minutes for a response.

My experience was a great one with Joe Rossi! He answered all my questions quickly and provided pictures of the actual slings I wanted to buy. His shipping was fast and packing even better! When I couldnt make it to FedEx to get my package he called me to personally make sure things were ok and that I would be able,to get the package soon. Decided to purchase from Joe again and it was amazing again! He had a lot of hard to find species so I was glad it was a one stop shop because one thing I hate is paying shipping. Packaging was great! But again I will be purchasing from him soon! Don't hesitate to buy from Joe.

I cannot say enough good things about buying from and working with Joe Rossi. I mean, I bought four slings in two days, so... He is the epitome of an awesome tarantula seller, conscientious, has an amazing selection, and his prices are great. Shipping is spotless, and I am already saving up to buy more from him.

The big list speaks for itself, but you can tell the dude cares well for his spiders too - they're some of the best looking I've seen. He was always incredibly quick to respond to all forms of communication and I never felt pressured; he was very helpful and friendly. Recommended.
