Really excellent selection! Managed to pick up some slings that have not been available in the US for years. Communication was also great, and Joe was very reasonable in working out some price matching with me, providing details on sizing, etc. He is basically just an all around great person to buy from... not my first purchase from him and hopefully won't be my last!

Joe has been hands down the best seller I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. His communication is top-notch throughout the entire process - from purchasing, to shipping, and receiving your Ts. I am a huge fan of the subfamily Aviculariinae, and the majority of my collection (particularly the rare/uncommon species) came from Joe. He has even notified me when he has received things that he knows I would be interested in. I've never had a seller do that before! On top of the excellent customer service and professionalism, Joe also has an amazing list of species available at all times.. many of which I hardly ever see with other sellers (if ever at all).. not only is the variety great, but the pricing is competitive too! This is my second purchase from Joe. I contacted him about a couple of other tarantulas I wanted to acquire. Joe set up a convenient time to meet and like last time was there on time. In fact I was a few minutes late due to traffic. The "slings" were large and very healthy. After arriving I had already been contemplating another purchase that I had been on the fence about. After discussing care issues about the additional tarantula I decided I was going to eventually move forward and purchase the tarantula. Joe actually ran and retrieved the other Tarantula to save me another trip a week later. I am relatively "new" to the hobby and have bought from multiple vendors, mostly online. I have have mostly good experiences with everyone but Joe has been the most patient and informative. As far as "slings" his have been largest and most robust. I wouldn't hesitate purchasing from him in the future when I decide to expand my collection. Highly recommended and I am glad he is somewhat local.

I’ve seen a lot of Joe’s ads on here and he always has super rare (and understandably expensive) arachnids, and I finally caved when I saw something I’ve wanted for a long time. Joe responded fast to my inquiry and provided me with all of the necessary info on the spiders I was ordering. He shipped promptly and all of the spiders arrived alive and well packed. This is a very professional seller and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

I purchased 3 dwarf slings from Mr. Rossi on Friday. As usual, Mr. Rossi was great with communication and had the order in the mail yesterday. They arrived in great, lively shape and for slings, were generously sized! I definitely look forward with doing more business with him, and would gladly recommend him any day.

Found a species I’ve been searching for! I’d definitely look through Joes list carefully as he has some amazing tarantulas and true spiders. It’s nice to find someone that carries rare true spiders!

Anyway, my order turned out fantastic. Shipping was fast and packaging perfect. Joe was really patient with me when I was concerned about an address formatting issue, which turned out to be nothing. He responds ASAP. This definitely won’t be my last purchase! Thanks Joe!!

This chap and his T's are amazing. Packing was perfect for safe T's, all arrived healthy and spry (Really, the T. Blondi attacked my tweezers thinking they were food when unwrapping him), and the selection was phenomenal. Working with Joe was an absolute gift as he is not only a gem of a person, but goes above and beyond to assist and keep you informed during the transaction. I am extremely pleased with everything pertaining to this order and will not hesitate to work with this highly knowledgeable breeder again in the future for more spooders. Joe once again delivers exemplary service. Had a few issues with the import process on the first order and he kept me appraised at every step of the way. Ended up picking up quite the variety of Asian fossorials from him and now I’m waiting on some more arboreals to come in Tuesday. I assume they will come in ready to take on the world like every other order I’ve placed with Joe. Highly recommended! I will definitely continue doing business with him.

I bought a seladonia sling from Joe on his first import of the little ones and everything went perfectly. Being as concerned as he was about the precious cargo he even upgraded my shipping to Saturday delivery for no charge. I won't hesitate to make another purchase or ten in the future.

This is my first purchase from Joe but certainly won’t be my last. He is so easy to work with and great at answering my questions. My T’s were packaged very securely and when it looked like one had some jet-lag, Joe was great about checking in on her to make sure she recovered well, which she did.
