Pros - Excellent service, pre and post order.
    Cons - N/A
Peter was a pleasure to order from. Specimens arrived on time, and it was clear that time and energy was placed into packaging my order. He was accessible via email for all of my questions pre and post order. I will not order from anyone else moving forward!

Pros - Excellent communication, takes full responsibility for his sales, wonderful customer service. Prompt delivery, perfect quality goods, and true compassion for his insects. Best dealer around.
Cons - Nothing. Never in my many purchases have I ever found something I would actually complain about.
Peter is phenomenal. He is not only providing the absolute best quality insects available, believe me I've searched far and wide, but he's also always there to help a beginner along. I have harassed him late at night with questions about insects and he's always been willing to help me explore the world of bugs. He truly cares about insects, he keeps a very active instagram that's awesome to watch and shows just how much respect he has for insects, watching that alone would convince you to give Peter your business. Overall, I'm really happy that Peter and his business exist, I feel more comfortable purchasing from him than from any other seller. Peter is genuine, and that means a lot in the person you're buying from.

    Pros - None
    Cons - Many
The spider was dead, zero air-holes, no communication sent 4 emails with no response.
The package had no air holes and no information on the box causing it to be delayed multiple times and possibly thrown around.

I'm not going to order from them again, and warn my dad before he orders a scorpion.
    Spent around $26 for nothing.

Just seeing this negative review for the first time, months later. Haven't been on AB in a while, but have shipped thousands of orders since. ;) Customer is correct in that I never emailed him back. He emailed me four times in 13 minutes the same day he posted this notice. I was in New Orleans for a week and gave up on catching up on ALL my emails to be honest, but he only gave me a 13 minute window of opportunity and never tried again. Suffice it to say though, he chose priority mail as his picture reflects. He agreed to the many years of consistent terms on the site which state that priority mail carries no live guarantee on arachnids. He also failed to see the small pin holes in the lid of the container although there would still be enough air in the cup for the spider to breathe for weeks even without holes so it's an invalid point. But I deserve the review in the sense that I never replied, and he deserves to be that kind of guy that posts feedback after agreeing to terms and not liking the outcome of his decision to go with a non-guaranteed delivery service (priority mail).
