A waterbug for the spider juveniles (the spiderlings already dispersed), I may have a strong dislike for it but regardless I still have to take care of it till it's death, you may not see it but 80% of the tank is covered in webs.
I have no clue how to take care of waterbugs but it includes bread???
I agree with the other post. I have Dubia roaches and Hissers and I feed them dog food. I also give them some veggies and fruits every so often to give them a balanced diet. Look up the species on Google and see what they can and can't eat. Good luck
