It is a Pterinochilus lugardi, common name "Fort Hall baboon" . what you refer to as "Togo Starburst" is 90% time known as a H. maculata. it makes me so mad, Pet shops will sell P lugardi as "togo starburst, H maculata". it's very misleading. they did it to me when i first got into the hobby and like a fool i believed them for a while, then someone pointed out that H maculata are fuzzier and more white.
