I fed my L. klugi this morning an adult female dubia roach. Apparently, while Wanda was subduing it, the roach gave birth. Can't think of anything more terrifying than being born and the first thing you see is your mother being eaten by a giant monster...
That's actually a common occurrence. A dying female Dubia will nearly always eject the ootheca it has stored to give it's babies a possible chance of survival.
