This looks to be a male Diapheromera femorata. What state/county did you find it in?

@Johnny Q Thanks for the scientific name. I found him in my back yard in Pennsylvania.

@Stormsky It took me three summers to find a pair to be able to breed. Finally had success last year searching in Carbon County.
