@awwa They are pretty easy to care for. Set it up like a terrestrial with limited vertical space. Provide a starter burrow (it may not use it) and a water dish. Keep the substrate slightly damp.
Do all maintenance with tongs. (Keep your fingers out of the enclosure.) They think anything that moves is food.
They seem completely committed to any assault. I've had geniculatas go after tongs, chopsticks, aquarium net, and I'm always afraid that they're going to break their fangs they come down so hard on whatever it is they go after. I'd be willing to bet there's no such thing as a minor bite from these guys. They go first class or stay home!
