Pre-Molting??

Bald spot? Behavior: lethargic, isn't going after prey...
Certainly looks and sounds like premolt to me. Just leave it be. But a week without food isn't an issue whatsoever, especially for a T that size. Don't worry so much! ;)

Thanks. If the prey (cockroach I found outside) is untouched by morning, I will just take it out. Thx!

No problem. Just for comparison, my 1/2 inch G. pulchripes sling went 2.5 months without eating prior to molting and still had enough reserves left to last it through a second molt with only one small meal between molts. So a tarantula that much bigger could easily go significantly longer with no consequence.

@Winterfr3sh yeah thats premoult. As mentioned above. I wouldnt feed feeders from outside. Who knows what nasty things they could be carrying. Best to buy feeder prey from local pet store or breeder.

Thank you for all the helpful input! Update: Cameron was not at all interested in the roach...recoiling from it when it scurried right under its legs... will just stick with store bought critters per your advice. Looks like premolt...definite bald spot. I will just leave it in peace for awhile
