Springtails and isopods are my best defense against mold. Every enclosure has a few and mold isn’t too much of a problem with those guys helping out.
As @mantisfan101 said, the substrate does appear to be a bit moist and B. Albopilosums like it a little more dry. I do half dry and half wet for mine. I give them plenty of space to burrow and start one for them however my B. Albopilosums cover it and stay above ground and make use of hides.
