P. ornata are visually dimorphic from a dorsal view by 3", males sporting a faded/washed out look that gets moreso as they grow while females retain very solid patterning and contrast. If you're having difficulties telling on your own, you can post a dorsal image and get a correct answer without any shadow of a doubt - ventral sexing can be wrong, even with Poecis.
Personally leaning female on the ventral, but this one looks a little tricky and the angle of the image is off.
