Palisade trapdoor burrow.

I found this and thought "It was like finding a piece of pottery from an ancient civilization" and in a way, that's exactly what it is. Base of tree on the left. Euoplos turrificus.

      This is in an area fenced off from the cattle, luckily for the spiders, this gully and hillside were deemed too rough to be farmed.
