P. cambridgei 3cm M or F?

You want to look around the middle of the interior abdomen for the epigastric furrow between the forward pair of book lungs. This would indicate that it is a female.
If there is no extension there, then it is a male. A good trick is to get a piece of styrofoam and pins, and pin the abdomen open so that you can look and see.
