Neoholothele incei
Maybe female but I think you might have to wait a bit longer on this one.
 
They only get to be 3-3.5". That looks to be a female to me, but the photo could be better. It doesn't look like males have obvious epiandrous fusillae, so it is tough to say with this one. If they are male, there is a good possibility that they could even hook out next moult.
