@Greasylake What? Does it hurt your feeling? I don’t think this is the first time people paired them in group. I’ve seen individual done 20 or more adult females in their communal set up. Not just one mm but Couple mature male inside. Some People done it in years btw.
Can you give your logical explanation why group pairing (orgy) of m balfouri shouldn be against the rule? Then I’ll remove my post
@John2097 I am curious, if the females are normally housed separately, what is the advantage of putting them together when mating? Are they more tolerant of the males in such context? I would have thought that the females would be at some risk from one another if they don’t normally cohabit.
@ErinM31 i thought M.Blafouri females are always kept communally? They are like one of very few T's that live in groups, alot of people keep them together
@ErinM31 they’re kept individual because I got them from different people. Different blood line( different sac) They can be house together if you raised them as slings, from the same sac. In my experience they’re one of the species that’s easy to pair even in Group pairing or individual pairing.
As far as advantage of pairing them in group. I guess the same as individual pairing, no advantage at all. But Theyll display very interesting behavior, the female will line up next to each other facing the male. Like circle formation”” lol
