Another picture of the pokie, still not sure on breed
P. formosa I would think. Comparing to http://www.froschlurche.de/Poecilotheria-ventral.jpg, there are some oddities though. It's closest to formosa, but the ventral shots in that strip show no dark band on the femurs of the back legs. But the others it's most similar to, like striata, have banding on the pedipalps which this girl doesn't have. Maybe the comparison shot for formosa is over exposed?

@Remingtonsteel Your image is fine; it's the image in the one I linked to that concerns me because I think their image of P. formosa is overexposed. I'm still with @KezyGLA, she's most likely P. formosa.

I guess it would help to know if the bright parts of underside of the front legs on her are the same color as the bright bands on the back legs (white-ish) or are they more yellow? They look the same color in your image, but that could be due to under-exposure.

I only see white striping on the ventral side of the femurs both front and rear. Looks like formosa

That banding matches with formosa from what I can tell after just waking up :oldman:..

Pretty confident it's formosa but will take a better look after I have some coffee..
