OP, you cant reliably dorsal sex unless the Poecilotheria is a adult, if there is a faint to invisible folio stripe, you can reliably assume female.

@Venom1080 I didn't know with Poecilotheria you were able to tell by their markings, but wouldn't that still be considered sexual dimorphism? If there's a difference in pattern/color between the sexes?
