@Abyss really? cause the biggest I had was a little smaller than the standard frizby and we used half a can of fly spray on it threw two shows at it and it still wouldn't die. we spent three hours trying to kill the darn thing and after all that it only just began to get worn out and sickly ended up sucking it up the vacuum it either died in there or recovered and escaped. I just wanted to go to bed it was 2 in the morning :/

@KezyGLA how would a Sydney spider get into my house?.. like I live way out in the bush so..
    • KezyGLA
Why try and kill it? :bored:

Sydney Huntsman is just the common name. They can be found throughout eastern Australia

I would worry more about Phoneutria species than the harmless Huntsman :D As much as I love arachnids, I would not hesitate to smash a Wanderer in my bedroom if it went berserk :nailbiting:

it just had to die. it was 2am I just wanted to go to bed but no there had to be a giant spider, I like spiders I have no problem with them just if I'm tired and it's big then of course we're gonna have a problem, it walked on my books and all you could hear was a click clack thud thud thud from all the legs :sour:

Ah, I see. Seems like a valid excuse.
Hope you didnt unleash that can of fly spray inside your house and then go off to bed again.

Seh I'm not quite sure why you would go onto a forum dedicated to the keeping & welfare of arachnids & say that you killed a spider? I think I understand your reasons for doing so.
Its a bit like going onto a cat lovers website & saying "yeah I just had to get rid of that cat that was outside my window cause it was keeping me up".
      To me its no different.
