@Trenor what are some good signs for sexing of this kind. I've Seen a bunch of posts of other tarantulas being sexed side by side, but when I search for the curly hair it seems to pop up with pet stores and care sheet sites. It's young but I'm anxious, and not to mention I want to name it... Not much a fan of unisex names
@Jeffgwell There are only some Ts that can be sexed by looking at them. As far as I know, this isn't one of them. I always molt sex all my Ts so I'm sure what I have.
@Trenor that's helpful... What does the female flap look like for ours? Do you have a picture of the molt of the flap area? Mine is ready to molt shortly,i will post my picture as soon as it does molt.
@Jeffgwell Yeah. Here is a female B.albopilosum molt from my girl. The snail like ridge shows it's a girl. Keep in mind she was a bit bigger than yours when I took this one but it shows what you should see.
