Hi just got this... The person told me its GoliathBird Eater Tarantula, but i did a lot of researches it doesn look like T.Blondi because its black color but have similar identify features. It looks like Lasiodora parahybana... :( Can help me to identify this beautiful creature?
yep, $30 t.....dry out the enclosure. i would contact the seller and raise hell....you did not get what you paid for....like paying for a 911turbo and getting a chevy malibu.
@cold blood I know right... Haha but its not easy to get tarantulas at my area... tbh very disappointing.... but will still take good care of it because tarantulas are awesome! Actually this is my second tarantula, i got first tarantulas from same person its Brachypelma emilia. Same price with this L parhybana...
@Tarantulaszzzz Assuming it was an honest mistake, the reasonable thing for the seller to do would be to refund the difference in price between Theraphosa blondi (what he sold it as) and Lasiodora parahybana (what you actually got).
An alternative might be store credit for additional tarantulas (if you want to continue doing business with him).
