Get a P. cambridgei, they're not as dark, but they're out alot more (according to a reliable source).
On the other hand, just get both!
I'm hoping when she gets bigger she'll actually be out more like my other tarantulas did; based on other people's experience though, I'm just glad she left me a window. In fact, I've actually seen her abdomen twice through said window!
@AlbatrossWarrior I have a female that's not really secretive, I see her quite often. Though she'll only make an appearance late night - early morning. So if you want to actually see these species you can just stay up a little longer at night and you'll have a pretty good chance of seeing them. Though I can't say the same for my males, my immature male stays hidden, and my MMs were just as secretive before they matured

I usually do maintenance around 9-10pm and I only ever see her inside her tunnel... I must have fed her too well... She just looked so skinny when I bought her...
That's it! I'm putting her on a dubia prohibition until I see some feet!
