      The pic's labelled 'hondura tarantula', so the closest name match would be Brachypelma albopilosum, the Honduran Curly Hair Tarantula. And it's one of the few species that are tame enough to be handled that way.

      Yah, I know it 'looks' alot bigger than a B. albopilosum, but I guess I'm just playing devil's advocate with the facts given, not necessarily the looks of the pic. :p
