Homoeomma sp. Blue/Thrixopelma lagunas
Whichever species she ends up being, she sure is gorgeous. I'm not big on blue tarantulas, but I have really fallen in love with my girls since they have developed their adult markings. I can't wait to see them full grown.
I looked into this too and did a lot of research on the too, I think we have improperly classified this species, I think it should fall under the Thrixopelma family and not the Homoeomma. I looked at multiple tarantulas in each family(not that their is a lot in each family) and honestly it shares more common features with the Thrixopelma then the Homoeomma, someone take a look maybe I am insane or maybe on to something!
