H. Davidbowie?

A LPS close to me has one of these in stock and I was wondering if anyone could give me an ID, I suspect Davidbowie but I'll admit I'm not exactly an expert on huntsman's. No matter what the species is, what would you guys also consider to be a fair price for it? Looked 3 inches in that position.

Pretry sure that’s a davidbowie. I’m not sure prices for anything that’s not a sling though

Never seen such a fuzzy huntsman. I literally thought it was a Kiwi fruit at first XD I'm not sure how much is a fair price, but that's something I'd definitely wanna add to my collection

@RezonantVoid I honestly am very tempted to go get it but what's keeping me from doing is their speed and their bite. I have pedes and old world Ts, but this just feels like a different world. I do love the fluffiness though.

@Greasylake their venom shouldn’t be worse than them I think. They are pretty fast though I hear. I would like to get them also, but wanted one that size. All I see for sale are the slings though so you’re lucky.

Huntsman spiders are supposed to be relatively docile from what I've heard. Really cool looking spider!

Oh man you guys are going to sell me on this aren't you.
    • PidderPeets
@Greasylake You could always buy it and sell to someone on here
    • Greasylake
@PidderPeets I was actually considering that. I think the shop owner said he had 2 and honestly I would much rather sell them to someone here, even if I sold it at the same price I got it for and didn't make a profit, than have someone walk in from the street not knowing what they were buying and get bitten.

@Greasylake It's not a bad route to take. I very often considered doing that when my lps had a handful of Ts that were being kept terribly. I figured I'd try and get a bulk deal on all of them just to get them out of there, then sell the M. robustum I didn't want and the Haplopelma/Cyriopagopus sp. I wasn't ready for. They all disappeared before I had that chance though

Are you 100% sure it is a Huntsman spider? Looks like a big fluffy B.albo male with It's long legs.
