Still looks plenty healthy to me, if this is what it looks like currently. Just make sure it has access to a full water dish and being kept on dry substrate. If you're looking for advice, you may want to make a thread in one of the subforums on it - you'll get a lot more responses there.
It looks as if you rehoused it recently, maybe it's just still settling in.
Also, I can't see any anchor points for webbing at all on any of your pictures with this specimen (nor a hide or a water dish for that matter). GBBs love to web up everything in their path, and even more if they've anchor points to do so.
Just make a thread with pictures of the whole enclosure and your T, like @Arachnophoric proposed.
